ENTRY FORM – Important, please if you are intending to come on this year’s trek and have not yet completed your entry form then please do so immediately. If you are having problems submitting your form please give me a call and I can help submit it for you.
If you are a volunteer I would still like you to fill out the entry form, just for record purposes.
I need to finalise accommodation and meals and I can’t do this without your assistance.
How is your fundraising going? Do you need any help with some ideas?
Currently in Wauchope and Port Macquarie we have either had or organising the following:-
Golf Day, Garden Party, Trivia Night, Dinner at Bago Tavern, Raffles, “Men’s Only Shed Party”. Fashion Parades.
Other ideas are lucky number squares? You sell a number 100 squares for $2.00 per number and have a prize of either $100 fuel card or meat trays, they love those! I can send you the sheet we use if you would like it?
As you know we had to change the trek route for this year,
The 2011 Trek will now be:-
Wauchope, Inverell, Conabarabran, Cobar, Broken Hill (layday in Broken Hill) Griffith and finish in Goulburn.

If you have any major sponsors that you would like their logo’s on our trek shirts, please email me their logo asap.
